PCR provided acoustical consulting services on the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) South Regional High School #12 in connection with the design and construction. PCR’s acoustical engineers provided consultation in the areas of interior sound isolation, room acoustics, and building services noise and vibration control.

Services included:

• Develop acoustical details, material selections, and architectural design specifications for multipurpose rooms
• Develop sound control recommendations for the building, details and specifications
• Review schematic design, design development, and construction documents at various progress intervals
• Respond to Department of State Architect related to acoustics aspects of the project
