PCR’s Historic Resources Division assists clients meet historic resources requirements pursuant to federal, state, and local regulations by providing high-quality technical surveys, building evaluations, preservation planning, and agency consultation. PCR historians meet and exceed the Secretary of the Interior’s Historic Preservation Professional Qualifications Standards as set forth in 36 CFR 61. We prepare specialized studies in historic preservation, and have in-house capabilities for full documentation, research, and analysis of historic properties and resources. PCR provides historical background research, reconnaissance and historic resources surveys, plan reviews and construction monitoring for compliance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties and the State Historical Building Code.
