401(k) Benefits
PCR full-time & part-time employees, who work 30 or more hours per week & are at least 21 years of age, are eligible to enroll following 6 months of employment. PCR provides eligible employees with a 401(k) savings plan, of which PCR matches dollar for dollar up to 2.5% of an employee's annual salary.

Life and Disability Insurance
PCR provides group plans for Short-term, Long-term and Life insurance. This benefit is for full-time & part-time employees, who work 30 or more hours per week.

Bonus Program
In addition to the above benefits, you will be eligible for participation in PCR's bonus program. Bonuses are generally awarded twice yearly and are based on merit and contribution. Our bonus program is discretionary and dependent upon overall corporate performance.

9/80 Workweek
PCR also currently operates under a 9/80 workweek wherein every other Friday is generally a non-working day for staff.

PCR Flexible Benefits Plan
PCR offers a Flexible Spending Plan (aka Section 125 Plan). This plan allows you to withhold a portion of your paycheck on a pre-tax basis to pay for healthcare and dependent care.

Vacation, Holidays & Sick Leave
Eight (8) paid holidays are offered. Eighty (80) hours of paid sick leave are accrued on a pro rata monthly basis, 6.67 hours per month. Ninety six (96) hours of paid vacation are accrued at a rate of eight (8) hours per month. At the onset of the sixth year you accrue at a rate to earn 120 hours of vacation.
