PCR archaeologists conducted a Federal Class III cultural resources inventory on public and private land in Churchill County, Nevada as part of Industrial Minerals and Technology, LLC's Ivory Mine Expansion project. PCR archaeologists conducted archival research, a pedestrian survey, and archaeological site recording and analysis to expedite our client's Bureau of Land Management permit application. PCR's technical knowledge of Nevada 's cultural resources and the regulatory compliance processes streamlined Industrial Minerals and Technology, LLC's environmental documentation process. Working with project engineers, PCR developed construction alternatives that avoided known resources and eliminated costly mitigation measures while meeting the needs of the mining operation. |
